Returns Within the Rental Period:

  • You can return your rented laptop or tablet anytime within your chosen rental period, no questions asked. Simply let us know 24 hours in advance so we can prepare for your return.

  • You'll receive a full refund for the unused portion of your rental, minus any applicable fees.


Early Returns:

  • If you need to return your device before the end of your rental period, you'll still receive a refund for the unused portion, minus a processing fee. The amount of the fee will depend on the length of your original rental and the time remaining.


Damaged or Lost Devices:

  • We understand accidents happen. If your device is damaged or lost, you'll be responsible for the repair or replacement cost. However, you can purchase our optional damage protection plan for added peace of mind. This plan covers accidental damage and theft, so you can relax and enjoy your rental worry-free.


Additional Information:

  • All returned devices must be in their original packaging and condition, along with any included accessories.

  • Late returns may be subject to additional fees.

We accept all electronic payment methods. Cheque payments may be cleared before release of items. In some cases, you may be required to leave a security deposit.
